The Impact Multiplier Consortium is convened by the Social Trade Organisation (STRO) and the Alliance4Europe.

The Impact Multiplier approach was developed and tested by STRO during a Research & Development program that lasted for more than 25 years. The resulting innovations were implemented in the Cyclos payment software, developed by STRO. With Cyclos, local banks can provide dedicated accounts in regions. Cyclos contains innovative algorithms to enable the Impact Multiplier. Most of the innovative Cyclos software payment features of the Impact Multiplier tool have been successfully tested during the EU supported Digipay4growth program (2014-2017).
Now that the innovations have been tested and are ready to use, regions are invited to join the Impact Multiplier Consortium.
